2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry, confirming a booking, or making payment to silvainees, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Service Description

silvainees provides personal car hire experiences in Singapore. The three available experiences are:

Services are available within Singapore. Cross-border use of vehicles is not permitted without prior written agreement.

4. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed through direct communication with silvainees — by phone, email, or contact form. A booking is confirmed only when silvainees issues a written confirmation to the Client. Verbal agreements alone do not constitute a confirmed booking.

silvainees reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

5. Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of the inclusions described for each experience. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. silvainees does not apply hidden charges; any optional additions are agreed in advance and stated explicitly in the confirmation.

6. Driver's Licence Requirements

For self-drive options (Ten-Day Explorer Lease and the self-drive option on the Celebration Hire), the Client must hold a valid driving licence acceptable in Singapore — a Singapore driving licence or a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) accompanied by a foreign driving licence. silvainees may request sight of the licence before confirming a self-drive booking.

8. Insurance

All vehicles are insured with comprehensive coverage for the stated hire period, including third-party liability and collision damage. Documentation is provided with every confirmed booking. The Client should review coverage details before commencing the hire. Any insurance excess or exclusions that apply will be stated in the booking confirmation.

9. Cancellation and Modification

Cancellation and modification terms are confirmed in writing at the time of booking and may vary by experience. Clients are encouraged to contact silvainees as early as possible if plans change. silvainees will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes subject to availability.

10. Mid-Lease Swap (Ten-Day Explorer Lease)

The Ten-Day Explorer Lease includes a mid-lease vehicle swap at no additional charge. Clients who wish to use this option should notify silvainees at least 24 hours in advance of the desired swap date. Swap availability is subject to fleet availability at the time of request.

11. Condition of Vehicles

All vehicles are inspected and prepared before each hire. The Client is expected to return the vehicle in the same condition, subject to fair wear and tear. Damage beyond fair wear and tear may be charged to the Client in accordance with the terms set out in the booking confirmation.

12. Disclaimers

silvainees does not warrant any specific driving conditions, weather, or route access during a hire period, as these are subject to external factors outside our control. Experiences described on our website represent typical conditions and outcomes; individual results may vary.

We do not provide legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, silvainees's total liability for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the relevant experience. silvainees is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by silvainees's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify silvainees against any claim, loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of a vehicle in violation of these Terms or applicable Singapore law.

15. Termination

silvainees may terminate a booking with reasonable notice if the Client has materially breached these Terms. In the event of a breach involving the safety of the vehicle, driver, or others, termination may take effect immediately. The Client may cancel a booking in accordance with the cancellation terms confirmed at the time of booking.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from a booking will first be addressed through direct communication between the parties. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation through the Singapore Mediation Centre before legal proceedings are initiated.

17. Changes to These Terms

silvainees may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Where changes are material, existing confirmed bookings will not be affected by updated Terms unless the Client agrees.
