Enquiries receive a response within a few hours. If you have questions before committing, we'll answer them without a sales agenda attached. During your hire, a direct contact is provided. After, we'll ask how it went.
What "personal service" means in practice:
You message or call. A member of our team — not a form response — replies with something useful. If you're unsure which experience fits your plans, we'll have that conversation and give you an honest answer. If we can't accommodate your request, we'll say so rather than taking a booking we can't deliver well.
